Hazardous substances testing mainly includes conducting testing in accordance with the EU RoHS Directive, the Chinese RoHS Directive, and other hazardous substances testing, providing overall solutions for the REACH regulation and various environmental protection regulations, as well as offering training on various environmental protection regulations and knowledge updates.

In order to control the pollution of the ecological environment caused by waste electrical and electronic equipment, in February 2003, the European union issued the "Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment" (RoHS). It is stipulated that since July 1, 2006, six types of hazardous substances are prohibited in electrical and electronic products entering the EU market. 

The Chemical Safety Data Sheet mainly includes the physical and chemical parameters of hazardous substances, hazardous characteristics, toxicity parameters, exposure limits, and health and environmental hazards.

It mainly engages in the composition analysis of inorganic materials and organic materials, mainly including the chemical composition analysis and research services of metals, plastics, rubbers, fibers, paints, inks, glues, additives, various organic solvents and other special materials.

The European Commission issued Directive 2005/84/EC on December 14, 2005. This directive is the 22nd amendment to 76/769/EEC, aiming to restrict the use of phthalates in toys and children’s products. The directive came into effect on January 16, 2007, and was repealed on May 31, 2009. The corresponding control requirements were incorporated into the restriction section of the REACH regulation. 

The Administrative Measures for the Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products, also known as "China RoHS", came into effect on March 1, 2007. It restricts hazardous substances (such as mercury, lead, hexavalent chromium, cadmium, polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, etc.) in electronic information products placed on the Chinese market.

REACH is the abbreviation of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals). Its Chinese name is "Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals", which officially came into effect on June 1, 2007.
